Do I need to send my old cluster before buying a replacement?
No, you do not need to send in your cluster before purchasing. However, once you receive your rebuilt cluster, it comes with a 30-day warranty. If you would like to extend the warranty to a lifetime, you must return your original cluster.
What Information Do I Need to Provide?
When purchasing, please provide the following 4 important details:
- Make and Model of your vehicle
- Does your vehicle have steering wheel controls?
- What color are the LEDs in your cluster?
- Current mileage/hours on your vehicle
Is My VIN Required?
No, we do not need your vehicle's VIN to build your cluster.
How Long Does the Process Take?
Typically, the process takes 7 days or less, depending on demand at the time of your order. Each of our clusters is rebuilt by hand and thoroughly inspected for quality before being shipped to you.
